What we collect when you use this site, why, and who else sees it. Plain English, no surprises.

What we collect
- When you contact us: your name, email address, phone number if you give it, what your message is about, and the message itself.
- When you order: your name, email address, phone number, billing and shipping addresses, what you bought and what you paid. Card details are entered on our payment processor’s secure form; we never see or store your full card number.
- When you create an account: your login details and your order history, so you can check orders and addresses later.
- When you browse: our web server keeps standard technical logs (IP address, browser type, the pages requested and when) to keep the site running and secure.
Why we use it
- To answer your questions and quote custom work.
- To take payment, ship your order, send order and shipping emails, and handle returns, warranty claims and repairs.
- To keep the site secure and working.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising profiles.
Cookies
The site uses only the cookies it needs to work: keeping items in your cart, running checkout, and keeping you signed in to your account. We do not run advertising or analytics tracking on this site.
Who else handles your information
- Our payment processor handles card payments under its own privacy policy.
- Shipping carriers receive your name, address and phone number to deliver your order, and to handle return labels.
- Our email delivery service sends order, shipping and contact-form emails on our behalf.
- Our hosting provider stores the website and its database in the United States.
We also share information when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as we need them for warranty claims, returns, and our tax and accounting obligations. We keep contact-form messages for as long as they are useful for answering you and your follow-up questions.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Call 469.233.2356 or use the contact page. Some order records have to be kept for legal and tax reasons even after you ask.
Children
This site is not aimed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
